Alpine Slovenia is a world of easily accessible hills and mountains

Slovenia is considered a land of mountains, forests and natural beauties. The landscape is adorned with a mighty chain of Alpine mountains that is beginning to emerge on the plateau of Pohorje in the north-east. Towards the north-west, one after another, there are mighty mountains: the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, the Karavanks and the highest Julian Alps.

The mountains offer many opportunities for outdoor activities, hiking and mountaineering, cycling, skiing, water activities on rivers and lakes, fishing, climbing, etc …

In its vastness, the Alps also hide many undiscovered tourist areas, where unspoiled nature, peace and quiet reign. If you are tempted by undiscovered expanses, hire a local guide and go to the hidden corners of the Slovenian Alps.
